Please can you tell us about your wedding packages?

With my full day package you will have me from bride prep all the way to just after the first dance, and the price you see is what you pay. This my best value package and it makes sure every little memory of your day is captured. I also throw in a complimentary engagement shoot roughly 2 months before the big day so we can break the ice and share your ideas. If you require slightly less coverage I do offer a shorter package as well, or we can try and build a bespoke package if neither of these meet your requirements.

I see you don't offer prints, how does your online gallery work?

Correct. Most photographers won't offer prints now as part of their packages. The main reason for this is due to the modern digital age and it's a lot more efficient to deliver client galleries in this way. It also benefits the environment which is a big bonus :)
The online galleries are super easy to use, I will notify you when your photos are ready and give you a link to your gallery along with a bespoke pin to download all your photos as many times as you want. Once you have downloaded your photos you can get them printed and framed, share them with family and friends and upload to social media.

How do the engagement shoots work?

About 2 or 3 months before your big day, I will get in touch to arrange a meet up where we can have an engagement shoot. This is a couples shoot exactly like the one you will have on the day (minus the wedding dress and hundreds of guests), so it's a perfect opportunity for you to get used to the camera and see how I will work on the day.

They usually take place in outdoor locations and we can either meet in a place special to you both, or I can suggest a good location. I always suggest smart casual attire, but tbh it's your shoot so wear whatever you like :)

The engagement photos will be ready in a couple of weeks and delivered via the same type of gallery your wedding photos will be delivered in.

The other main benefit of these shoots is that we get to meet face to face before the wedding, so you don't have a stranger turning up on the day and pointing a camera at you!

Can we contact you if we have a query?

My door is always open! If you ever need to get in touch about your booking or have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. Email, phone call or text I will always be on the other end of the line to answer your queries. I will make sure you have my phone number on the day as well in case you need to urgently call me.

What happens if we lose our photos?

Worst nightmare right!?

Don't worry, I hold all my clients photos for one year on both hard drives and cloud storage systems. So if you lose your photos in that time just give me a shout and I can send them to you again. I always advise clients upon delivery of photos to back up and store their images so they are safe.

How do you take payments?

I take all payments electronically via BACS. I require a deposit up front to secure your booking, with the final payment due 1 month before the date of your booking. If you require I can offer payment plans as well.

What happens if you can't make it on the day?

​

The chances of me missing your booking are so so slim. It would have to be a massive emergency or I would literally have to be on deaths door to not make it. If however in the extreme off chance I can't make it, I will refund you for the booking.

Are you insured?

Yes. I hold full public liability insurance.

Do you travel?

​

I cover anywhere in the UK!

My main area of coverage is the East Midlands. So if the location of your booking is within this area I will travel free of charge. If your booking is outside of this area, I will calculate travel costs at the time of your booking and invoice you separately.
